Attend the pre-bid and bid opening conferences if requested and review the bids as they relate to special systems.
Provide written field report to document site visits to inspect conduit raceways, the cable installation and termination.

Site Plan showing the MDF and IDF locations with underground conduits pathways between buildings and service feeds from the telephone and cable utilities.
Floor Plans showing device locations, cable routing, fire rated wall wiring penetrations and specialized mounting instructions.
Enlarged floor plans of all MDF and IDF rooms showing location and type of Head End equipment, conduit entrances and cable tray locations.
One Line Diagrams of each system as required.
Specialized details as required.
